One of the things I love about Fall is football! Flushing's first football game was home last night. How fun it was to watch all the kids reconnect after summer! To see who had changed! According to my girls some guys got "hotter"! I love high school football games I love the sounds the lights and yes the smell in the air! I also like Saturdays with college football games on t.v. and wings cooking in the deep fryer(in the garage)! And NFL Football playing on Sunday's .......that's usually when I'm looking at the ads in the paper and doze off to the sound of football! There is nothing like going to a game when it is a little cool! I'm so excited Andrew is going to play youth-tackle this year it should be fun! By the way Go Michigan, Go Blue! Let the games begin! Andrews teacher this year went to Michgan State and we love to tease him. He and Amanda had a bet one time about the game, Michigan won and he had to put Johns jersey up in his classroom for the rest of the season! We got him a little welcoming gift for being Andrews teacher a Michigan note pad and pen!

Beth...I thought we were friends. So when I tell you that grey and red are MY FAVORITE TEAM...you'll still love me? Go Buckeyes!!
I love football season...even my 3 1/2 year old daughter gets excited about the Seahawks!
Football food is fun too!!
Just cuz my husband drives to East Lansing every day, don't think I'm a Sparty!
GO BLUE!!!!
I have NEVER liked football. I don't know if it's my crazy preggo-ness, but I would actually (FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER) love to go to a local football game all snuggled in a hefty sweatshirt sipping cider/hot cocoa from a thermos and cheering for the team with rosy cheeks & noses. Am I weird? LOL
(it was AMAZING to see you today- wish there was more time to talk today, maybe next time! Love ya!!!)
One of the main things I miss about Flushing is Fri. night football games. Those are the things that make me miss Flushing and also Michigan. There is just something about a hometown football game. It is such a feeling of belonging and family. Makes me miss you.
